Royal Mail
Please be aware of strike action being taken by Royal Mail, if you choose this delivery option strikes can impact on delivery time.
Orders are processed in the same way as our courier orders so within 24hrs from receipt, then shipped. Whilst mostly we are seeing deliveries take just a couple of days please do not use this service if your order is at all urgent or time sensitive as some deliveries are taking much longer. If you have not received your order after 14 days (21 days during strike action) please use the contact form to let us know.
UK Courier Delivery
Our team work Monday to Friday picking and packing orders, typically orders are processed within 24 hours from receipt (Monday-Friday), with most orders leaving us for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm.
Example, for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm our aim is to process same day for dispatch by the customers delivery choice. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday are processed the following Monday dispatched by the customers delivery choice.
